• 2 x 30-minute Attack & Defence rotations
• 9 aside games

Cost:                  Free, but must have filled in the EOI

What to wear:   Footy boots, mouthguard, headgear if you have it – active wear if no club training gear

All returning players will need to be registered with their local club, any new players will be required to have completed the QRL Come and Try Form
